How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your size, and add your chosen pieces to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase. If you have any questions before placing your order, we're always happy to help — simply reach out via our contact page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and bank transfer for custom orders. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?
Because each piece is handmade, we begin work shortly after an order is confirmed. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Once a garment has entered production, amendments won´t be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
Francisca Studios ships worldwide. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition, no matter where you are. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
As every garment is handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for production before dispatch. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days domestically and 7–14 business days internationally. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional time — you'll always be kept informed of your order's progress.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Custom & Made-to-Order
Do you offer custom or made-to-measure pieces?
Yes — this is one of the things we love most. If you're looking for something made to your exact measurements, a particular fabric, or a bespoke design, we welcome custom commissions. Reach out with your ideas and we'll guide you through the process from concept to creation.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom commissions typically take 3–6 weeks from the point of confirmation, depending on complexity and the sourcing of materials. We work closely with you throughout and provide regular updates. Rush orders may be accommodated in select cases — please enquire with your required timeline.
What information do you need for a custom order?
To begin a custom commission, we'll need your measurements, any inspiration or reference imagery, your fabric preferences, and an idea of the occasion you have in mind. Don't worry if you're not sure about all the details — we'll walk you through everything in our initial consultation.
Care & Materials
What materials do you use?
We work with natural, high-quality fabrics selected for their beauty, drape, and longevity — including silk, linen, organic cotton, and wool. We source thoughtfully with both quality and sustainability in mind. Full material details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my Francisca Studios pieces?
Each garment comes with specific care instructions based on its fabric. As a general rule, we recommend gentle hand washing or a delicate machine cycle in cold water, avoiding harsh detergents, and air drying away from direct sunlight. Caring for your pieces well is part of the slow fashion promise — a well-loved garment truly does last a lifetime.
Will the fabric fade or shrink over time?
Natural fabrics can be sensitive to heat and harsh chemicals, which is why we always recommend cold washing and air drying. When cared for correctly, our garments are designed to age beautifully — softening with wear rather than deteriorating. If you have concerns about a specific piece, we're happy to offer personalised care guidance.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love your Francisca Studios pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Can I exchange a piece for a different size?
Yes, exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Because our pieces are handmade in limited quantities, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to check whether your preferred size is available. If an exchange is not possible, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.
Are custom or made-to-order pieces returnable?
Due to their bespoke nature, custom and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a fault in craftsmanship. We take great care to ensure every custom piece meets the brief we've agreed upon together — and if there is ever an issue, we will always work with you to make it right.
